3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. zss999 reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law, provided prior written notice has been given to the registered email address or mobile number.
3.4 Account Currency. All accounts at zss999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zss999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard. Available methods are subject to change without advance notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at zss999 is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Verified accounts typically receive funds to JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take between 1–3 business days. zss999 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by third-party financial institutions.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that you personally own and that are not derived from criminal activity. zss999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. zss999 reserves the right to use an alternative method where this is not possible.
5.1 General. zss999 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. zss999 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void winnings derived from bonuses and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, using automated systems, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other activity that zss999 reasonably considers to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.
5.4 Referral Codes. Referral codes are single-use and may only be applied at the point of registration. Retrospective application of referral codes will not be accepted.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games on zss999, including slot titles, live dealer tables and RNG table games, are operated using certified software. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators where applicable.
6.2 Sports Betting. Settled bets are final. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect settlement, zss999 reserves the right to re-settle bets at the correct odds. Bets placed on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.
6.3 Obvious Errors. In the event of an obvious pricing error (including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds), zss999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at such erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

9.3 zss999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from: (i) unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security; (ii) network, hardware or software failures on your device; (iii) delays caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash or Easypaisa.

11.1 By zss999. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: (i) you have breached these Terms; (ii) your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; or (iii) continuation of the account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to zss999.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Funds held in your account balance (excluding bonus balances) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification and confirmation that no breach of these Terms has occurred.
11.3 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting zss999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of zss999, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution before escalating to any formal dispute resolution process.
zss999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under mutually agreed rules.

Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website and/or by notification to your registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
